Eat Fish

Eat fish.  Eat greens.  Take a good multivitamin, omega 3 and calcium.
That's all you need.  Drink water.  Avoid sugar ESPECIALLY  corn syrup. Don't fry in corn oil.  NEVER...

meditate.  breathe.
